"MAC Mesmerizes Owner Of PC Persistently!"

By Kelly Forsythe
Pittsburgh Standard

So, anyways. I went shopping for a Mac yesterday and they are out of this world! I never suspected that I would be one to purchase something so technologically advanced, but after playing around on a Pro for 10 minutes I was super impressed. They are smart! They are sleek! They have none of that weird, humming, clicking noise that my Dell makes!

One thing I’ve discovered about Apple is that they aren’t afraid to be themselves and therefore be DIFFERENT. Those marketing campaigns with that fat balding man (PC) vs. the young hipster (Mac) really showcase the true nature of Apple; it’s creative, progressive, and exciting.

Even though I haven’t converted quite yet, I can see why Mac users are so obsessive about their computers…they are personalized and beautiful machines, with quicker, prettier transitions and desktops. Being in the Apple store was like being in Willy Wonka’s factor.

I could see the employees just jumping at the chance to help and show off their Mac skills/knowledge and I swear there were people in there who probably live in the area and had nothing better to do than play with these delicious computers.

Our personal shopping consultant was not clueless either, which kind of blew my mind, because if you stop in Best Buy nowadays you can’t turn a corner without a blue shirt person trying to show you the latest HP.  By the way—that’s how they do it at Apple: a personal consultation. Everything has to be special and DIFFERENT.
