“Bible Story Time with 5-year old Evangeline: The Prodigal Son

Compiled by Ramesh C. Reddy

Our daughter Evangeline (5) took us on a biblical journey to tell her version of the Prodigal Son that Jesus told in Luke 15. As we listened to her story, we were quite amused with her dramatization.

What Bible stories have your children told you and how much of it was accurate?

In this biblical Bible story challenge, what parts of Evangeline's story was accurate and what parts of it was dramatized?

Why do you think children like to dramatize stuff?

What is the main point of Evangeline's story and what application can our kids get out of it?

Evangeline's version of the Prodigal Son
