“Make Ministry Partnership Prayerfully, Favoring Financially!”
Ramesh C. Reddy
May the Lord Jesus Christ bless you abundantly this
season of Lent!
Towards the end of last year after working 22 years for Sodexo, I lost
my job because of a no-fault attendance policy when my kids were
sick. Because of my exemplary record, I was told that I could come
back in October of 2020 when my points go back to zero.
My family and I had to reflect on what we would do. After much
prayer and reflection, we are excited to embark on this challenging
journey of publishing so we can influence lives from a biblical
The Lord Jesus, has blessed me with the gift of writing and I do not
want to neglect that gift. My passion has always been to
influence through writing from a Biblical viewpoint.
Our vision is to see lives changed by the
message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and its Christocentric views. So, we all can become an
agent of change in a dark world where we hold out the Light of
Even to do that, we need financial and prayer partners who
are excited about this ministry to influence through writings.
Friend, would you prayerfully consider
partnering with us, with a gift of $10 per month or whatever you can
afford or would you consider giving us a one time financial gift
this season of lent as we fundraise?
"Everyone must make up his own mind as to how much he should give.
Don't force anyone to give more than he really wants to, for
cheerful givers are the ones God prizes. God is able to make it up
to you by giving you everything you need and more so that there will
not only be enough for your own needs but plenty leftover to give
joyfully to others." (2 Corinthians 9:7-8, TLB)
Whatever your reasons for giving, your partnership will allow us to
impact lives. Regardless, whether you are able to support us
financially or not, please keep us in your prayers to the Lord Jesus
so more lives can be influenced biblically and we can be provided
When I read the whole Bible in 40 days,
from July 4th (America's Independence) to August 15th (India's
Independence), the Lord gave me a signature verse:
"But life is worth nothing to me unless I use it to do the work
assigned me by the Lord Jesus, the work of telling others about
God's mighty goodness and love!" (Acts 20:24, TLB)
For those of you who are
concerned about the occasional political nature of the newspaper, I can assure
you as a registered Independent, our writings will only back
candidates if we can support them biblically.
If you are supporting us
financially and have an issue with any of the articles, we will
listen to you. If we cannot change our view, we will ask you to stop
supporting us. But more than the political aspect of the paper, we
would highly encourage you to think about the lives, the other
sections of the paper have influenced.
Let me share with you why we are so
excited about this writing ministry:
It is exciting to read the testimonies of
students and non-students whose lives have been changed through
“Ramesh, thank you so much for your devotionals. While reading your
devotionals, I gave my life to Christ. Christ has changed me.”
[‘Amber’ regarding EXPRESSIONS section]
"Ramesh, I [African-American employee] found
a poem of yours called 'Downing Depression' and read it and prayed
the prayer. Thank you so much because before that I was planning to
commit suicide but the poem and prayer changed my life." I saw him
recently and everytime I see him, he has a happy glow in his face.
Thank you Jesus!
"Ramesh, I was into cocaine and drugs but
reading the devotionals you publish changed my life. I want to go to
“Ramesh, thank you so much for the Nutrition and Dietetics sample
exams. I did well on the exam because they were so similar to the
ones you had.” (EDUCATION section)
“Ramesh, thank you so much for this Bible study
for me [“Al, an elderly gentleman”]. Al used to come to ‘Pittsburgh
Standard Investigates Jesus: Reflecting on the 7 C’s of Jesus: His
Claims, His Capability, His Company, His Circumstances, His
Character, His Commitment, and His Convictions.” that we did from
Gospel of Mark.
The day I gave my life to Christ, I had a passion to reach souls for
Christ through the written word or spoken word. Most of the time, it
has been through the written word. My first publication in a
Valentine's Day magazine was 'Jesus Loves Me, Jesus Loves You. If
you want to know more about Jesus, Watch WPCB Channel 40,
The Gospel should influence every facet of our lives whether it be
the EXPRESSIONS, (Devotionals from Scripture), IMPRESSIONS (Opinions
section from biblical viewpoint), EDUCATION (Sample exams w/ Bible
verses to the side), CULTURAL LIFE (Marveling in God's gifting of
talent through dance and song from different cultures),
ENTERTAINMENT (Movies, books, and songs reviewed to show spiritual
connections from Biblical perspective), NEWS (Focus would be on this
day in history and religious events), CAMPUS LIFE (Covering Pitt &
CMU events), GREEK LIFE (Greek Sing, etc)
Our hope is to be a light in a dark world and
work with people of all ethnicities, races, cultures, and religions
through our writings n
freely and happily become a servant of any and all so that I can win
them to Christ. When I am with the Jews I seem as one of them so
that they will listen to the Gospel and I can win them to Christ.
When I am with Gentiles who follow Jewish customs and ceremonies I
don’t argue, even though I don’t agree, because I want to help them.
When with the heathen I agree with them as much as I can, except of
course that I must always do what is right as a Christian. And so,
by agreeing, I can win their confidence and help them too. When I am with those
whose consciences bother them easily, I don’t act as though I know
it all and don’t say they are foolish; the result is that they are
willing to let me help them. Yes, whatever a person is like, I try
to find common ground with him so that he will let me tell him about
Christ and let Christ save him. I do this to get the Gospel to them
and also for the blessing I myself receive when I see them come to
Christ. (1 Cor 9:19b-23, TLB)
It is easier to support
a cause you believe in so even if you don't
believe 100% with every section, would you pray about supporting us
for the sections you do believe in?
If so, could you send a donation through paypal, venmo,
square cash app, facebook instant messenger, or write a check to
Ramesh C. Reddy and send it to 5862 Forbes Ave Apt #19, Pittsburgh,
