Questions to Ponder for 'This Day in Biblical Verses: 1:3'”

Compiled by Ramesh C. Reddy

Editors Note: Every single Bible verse needs to be taken in it's context. Our hope is that by reading the Bible verses pertaining to the day, you will be curious and read the whole chapter of each book of the Bible mentioned here and memorize the verses. We hope you will use the questions to ponder and reflect on God's Word.

Questions to ponder after 1:3 verses:

If someone were to ask you, who made everything, what would your response be? Is your response supported in Colossians 1:3, why or why not? What is the significance of what you learned?

What is one event in history that you needed convincing proof to believe? What did the proof consist of? Why do you think proof is emphasized over just belief? What can you learn from Acts 1:3?

Who do you praise the most in life and why? Is your response similar or different to what we learn in 2 Corinthians 1:3?

Do you believe you are blessed, why or why not? What can you be assured of in Ephesians 1:3?

What makes you work, labor, and endure? Is your response similar or different to what you learn in 1 Thessalonians 1:3? What is the significance of emphasizing the cause-effect relationships we see in 1 Thess 1:3?

What are five things you know about Jesus? Out of those 5, how many of your responses are similar or different to what is mentioned in Hebrews 1:3? What is the major significance of what you learned?

What kind of life should we live? How is it attained? How is your response similar or different to what we need in 2 Peter 1:3?

Who do you proclaim in life and have fellowship with? How is it similar or different to what we learn in 1 John 3:1?

If you had to tell someone what 5 things Jesus offers you using only 1 word for each thing, what would those 5 things be? How are they similar or different to what you learn from 2 John 1:3? How can you attain those 5 things mentioned in 2 John 1:3?
