King Is Nurturing God, Daily Offering Messiah! (K.I.N.G.D.O.M)”

Ramesh C. Reddy
Publisher

SCRIPTURE:
"You
will be with child and give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever, his kingdom will never end.” (Luke 1:31-33)

APPROACH QUESTION:
"When you think about Jesus, what comes to your mind and why?"

OBSERVATIONS:
I asked myself what did the  Virgin Mary learn about Jesus?

The Virgin Mary learns five things about Jesus from the angel:

  1. Jesus will be great!

  2. Jesus will be called the Son of the the Most High!

  3. Jesus will have the throne of David!

  4. Jesus will reign over the house of Jacob forever!

  5. Jesus’ kingdom will never end!

I asked myself what stuck out to me regarding Jesus?
More than anything what stuck out to me is #5: Jesus’ Kingdom will never end.

INTERPRETATION:
I asked myself the significance of knowing 'Jesus' Kingdom will never end?'
As I thought about it, the significance lies in the fact that Jesus' Kingdom keeps growing even after 2000 years have gone by. The exciting thing to know is that for a Kingdom to exist, there also has to be a King and citizens of that kingdom. Jesus is the King of kings and followers of Christ are it's citizens.  This Kingdom will keep growing without an end and we can have the privilege and honor of being part of this wonderful Kingdom. This is so exciting to know.
As His children, we can have an awesome King of Kings who will take care of us and meet us where we are at. It also reminds me of how we use the calendar with B.C. and A.D. even now. B.C stands for Before Christ's birth! A.D. stands for Anno Domini or Year of the Lord.

IMPLICATIONS:
I asked myself what are the implications of knowing that 'Jesus' Kingdom will never end'?
When I am part of Jesus' Kingdom, I can know that He will always be my King forever and I can be His subject whom He will wonderfully take care of with His love forever and ever without a time limit. Thank you Jesus! It is this Kingdom that I can be part of and that's so exciting to know. The purpose of today's study was for me to understand the importance of knowing the significance of Christ's Kingdom!

After thinking about how awesome it is to be part of Christ's Kingdom, I was reminded of how my mommy was able to lead a young Indian man to accept Jesus Christ as His Lord and Personal Savior so he can be part of Christ's Eternal Kingdom as revealed in the Gospels. I was so excited to hear about his conversion and prayed with my mommy, praising the Lord.  I was also reminded of Luke 15 and the celebration that is going on in Heaven for that young man being part of Christ's Kingdom.

Knowing that Christ's Kingdom will never end and He made it available for me, for my precious wife Chandraleela, my mommy, my daddy (who is with the Lord now) for my brothers Ravi, Raj, and Rohit, for my in-laws Paul, Sunandha, Vidhya, Elisha, Sirisha, Pravallika and all others to come to Him overwhelms me with joy. He has made it available to you too.

As Christmas approaches, it is awesome to be reflecting on Christ's Kingdom and what Christ came to do for you and me. His Kingdom will never end and you and I can be part of it too.

Even though we miss our beloved daddy dearly, who went to be with the Lord 12 years ago on Dec 17, 2007, I know that dad gets to experience Jesus' Kingdom first hand. He is part of Christ' Kingdom and is worshipping the Lord in Heaven. It is His grace that my daddy belongs to Jesus Christ.  You and your loved ones can experience Christ's Kingdom too as you give your life to Him and allow Him to guide you and lead you.

I ask you now dear friend, what K.I.N.G.D.O.M will you be part of in life?
Dear friend,  there are many kingdoms in this world but not all kingdoms lead to love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, and self-control but Jesus’ Kingdom is covered in these virtues. You and I can be part of this Kingdom forever.

On Sunday, Connie shared about the four candles of Advent: Love, Joy, Peace, and Hope. In closing, Pastor Mike wanted us to reflect on these 4 things that Christ brings. As I reflected today on these 4 things Christ brings, it made me realize that it is the love of Christ in our lives that gives us joy. It is the joy of the Lord that gives us peace amidst hardship. It is the peace of Christ coming from the Prince of Peace that gives us the Hope of Christ this Christmas season and beyond. Thank you Jesus!

Imagine being a child of the King of kings and Lord of lords. This King will reign forever and ever and Jesus is His Name. He will take care of you and me. He rules with love, mercy, grace and forgiveness.  No matter where we have been and what we have done we can come to King Jesus.

Yes, friend as I read about what the angel foretold Mary about Jesus, it is so exciting! The excitement is because 2000 years have gone by and those promises have been fulfilled and Jesus is everything Scripture has foretold. His Kingdom still reigns as the world celebrates Christmas commemorating the Christ-child but He is not a child anymore. Yes, friend He has become the King of kings and Lord of lords and reigns in majesty. He is such a gentle, merciful, and just King. You can come as you are to Him. Thank you Jesus.

You can be part of this Kingdom no matter where you have been or what you have done.  When you come to Jesus and allow Him to rule and reign in your life, He will take care of the rest. Of course, that does mean obedience to the King and forsaking of self and its desires. This can only be done when you allow Jesus to work in you through His Holy Spirit for none of us can save ourselves or become righteous enough to seek God.

Christ alone can bring justification for our lives through what He did on the Cross of Calvary to redeem us. And Christ will begin a life of sanctification for us so we can be daily transformed by His grace until that day we experience glorification in His presence and Holiness. Wow! We can be part of His Kingdom now and experience all He has for us that is revealed in His Word, the Bible for you and me this Christmas season.

When we wait until everything is right to come to Jesus, that will never happen. We will be depending on ourselves to be accepted by God than receiving His grace! He wants to offer us His grace now! His favor and greeting is for you friend!

Just as Jesus offered His grace to the young man and so many others to be saved, He offers it to you too. Come as you are and depend on Christ to take care of you in His Kingdom for you will be His always.

Will you do that this Christmas season and receive His free gift of grace?
You will give Jesus the best present on His birthday! Jesus loves you so much and wants you to be part of His Kingdom. May you come to the best Kingdom ever and know Jesus who is great, the Son of the Most High. The King of Kings will reign forever in your heart and His Kingdom will never end. It is the Kingdom of Heaven filled with His children. You and I can continue to be part of that Kingdom now and forever.

There are only 2 kingdoms, the Kingdom of God and the kingdom of Darkness. We can only be part of one. Jesus wants you to be part of His Kingdom but He won’t force Himself on you.

Won’t you come to Him as you are and allow Him to take care of you?

May you know the love of the Lord Jesus and keep your heart opened to Him this Christmas season and forever knowing King is nurturing God, daily offering Messiah! Amen!

“King Is Nurturing God, Daily Offering Messiah!” (K.I.N.G.D.O.M)/”What K.I.N.G.D.O.M will you be part of in life?”

Prayer:
Jesus, I love you. You are great! You are the Son of the Most High! You are the King of kings and Lord of lords. Your Kingdom will never end! You will reign forever more! Thank you that you rule in love and mercy. To save us, you gave your life as a sacrifice so we all could be delivered from the Kingdom of Darkness. I thank you for that Jesus!  Now Lord Jesus, we ask for your forgiveness of our sin and ask you to come be part of our life this Christmas season. We repent of our sin. Thank you Lord for coming to take our sin's away. Now we open our hearts to you and receive your blood to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Come Lord Jesus and cover us in your precious cleansing blood. Wash us and we will be whiter than snow. Thank you for dying for our sin and coming back to life to save us. I pray for the one who does not know you as their Lord and Personal Savior that you would touch them with your mighty love. Thank you Jesus. You Oh Lord know where we have been and what we have done. You know the times we have totally dishonored you and disobeyed you. We have rebelled against you and for that we are sorry. Please come and be our King this Christmas season and forever more. Thank you Jesus so much you forgive us and we can be your child, for to all who received you, you gave them right to become children of God, all they needed to do is trust you. Help our trust in you to be proactive and not passive. Thanks Jesus, my Lord and Personal Savior. I confess my sins to you Lord and repent of all my sin. I surrender my life to you. Please be in charge and control of my life. I give you permission to rule in me for I want you to be my King and I want to be part of your Kingdom. I thank you Jesus for being my Lord and Personal Savior. Thank you that you have heard our prayers and answered us. In Your Name I Pray Jesus! Amen!

Lord Jesus, You are my all in all. You are my Prince of Peace, Rock, Savior, and Friend. You are my Holy Father guiding me through to live a life of righteousness, holy righteousness. Oh God, I need you more than ever. I need to feel your hands around me holding me tight. I need your love to surround me so that you can glow in my life. Help me please Jesus. I desire in your presence. Thank you for guiding me to live a life of righteousness. Oh God you love me more than ever. You hear my voice when I cry out to you. When I seek your face, you fill me up. You are my all in all. Thank you Jesus so much for your help no matter what I face, your grace is available and you take my case. Thank you for hearing us and answering us. In Your Name I Pray Jesus! AMEN! (Most of the prayer is from a vineyard song called “All in All”)

If you would like to invite Jesus Christ into your heart and make Him a daily part of your life, you can this very moment. You will never be alone. You can claim God's promises for you in the Bible and see them come true, before your eyes, in His wonderful timing. You don't have to wait for a special time to come to the Lord. You can come right now as you pray the prayer below, meaning it in your heart.

Prayer:
God I am a sinner. I am invaded by this deadliest virus. Many times I feel so guilty and yucky inside. I need forgiveness. I am so sorry for my sins. I have not obeyed you with my whole heart! I have gone my own way and done my own things. I  struggle with sin. I need you Jesus in my life so I can receive forgiveness and a new beginning. In the process, I can forgive others as you help me to. Thank you so much Jesus. I accept the antidote you have sent me. I believe Jesus you died for me and your cleansing blood will cleanse me from all my sins. You came back to life to save me. Thank you God I am set free, free from the bondage of sin. Hear my cry Oh Lord. I accept you Jesus into my heart. I make you my Lord and Personal Savior of my life. Thank you Father God for giving me Salvation. Thank you Jesus for coming into my heart and making my heart your home. Thank you for living in me Jesus and I will live for you and serve you the rest of the days of my life. Thank you for being my Lord and personal Savior! I can live a life of peace with you on my side. Thank you that you have heard my prayer and answered me! In your Name I Pray Jesus! AMEN!

No matter what you feel in your heart, know that Jesus has come in and resides with you! You are not alone! To make your walk strong with the Lord, spend time in prayer talking to Him as you would to a friend. You don’t need special words to talk to the Lord. Spend time in His Word reading Psalms and turning them into prayer. Next allow God to heal you and speak to you through the Gospel of John or Gospel of Mark before moving on to other Books of the Bible! Slowly, let the Lord show you to which Scriptures He wants you to go to next. It is also important to be part of a body of believers to help you grow in the faith. Find a Bible believing church that preaches the Word of God from Genesis to Revelation proclaiming Jesus Christ our crucified and risen Lord who brings us hope, healing, and help!

No matter who you are, it is not ever too late to join a Bible-believing church or a college fellowship. I highly encourage each of you to come to Small Group on Friday nights at 7:30 p.m. and Oakland International Fellowship on Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. for prayer, 10:00 a.m. for Community Bible Time in Gospel of John, worship at 11:30 a.m, and fellowship lunch at 12:30 pm.

May the Lord's presence and peace fill you with His love now and forever! Amen!

Friend, if you have prayed this prayer and meant it in your heart, you are a new creation in Christ and all old things are passed away and everything has become new! You may feel something or may not but don’t base it on feelings but base your new life in Christ on the promises of our Savior who will never leave you nor forsake you! Amen!
