Blasi served on Student Government Board (SGB) for few years, was the pioneer and chair of the Food Service Committee and was president of Chi Omega sorority, which won multiple awards during her tenure, and she was chosen as the ODK Senior of the Year recipient! Blasi also works for Make-a-Wish-Foundation as a Wish Granting Volunteer!

Shady Henien is a 2008 Pitt graduate and a alumnus member of Delta Chi fraternity who was Student Government Board as part of the DRIVEN SLATE two years ago and last year won the presidency running on INTEGRITY slate. Henien was instrumental in organizing the first 'Prayer at the Cathedral Event' as a board member and breaking the tie vote to bring in the Panther fiber glass statues to the University of Pittsburgh as the president of SGB He has been active in many student organizations and was chosen as the ODK Senior of the Year recipient!
